I did baby massage with my 2 children and was really amazed at how it helped them in so many ways in particular with their sleep. I am passionate about how we can establish bonding through positive touch and I hope other parents in my lovely community can also benefit from this.

The class follows the comprehensive IAIM curriculum which covers touch, movement, relaxation, interaction and communication with a special colic routine. Over the 5 weeks we will concentrate on a different area of the body. This is a life skill that can be adapted as the child grows.

We always end our open group sessions with refreshments and it is a small, non rushed, relaxed and non-judgemental space for parents to enjoy.

The classes are entirely baby-led so crying, sleeping, feeding, changing and playing are all welcome. I will ensure strokes are repeated so you will be able to practice at home when baby is ready.

The course includes 5 weekly 1+ hour sessions, a bottle of organic massage oil, massage handbook, easy reference chart and certification.

Waterproof mats and cushions are provided and these are disinfected after each class.

The course is suitable for babies up to pre crawling.
