About Me
About Me:
I qualified as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor in 2011 having studied with the IAIM at St Thomas' Hospital Education Centre. Since then I have been delivering baby massage courses in Children's Centres in the local area and in clients' own homes. I am married and have two lovely children - although they are now too old for Baby Massage they enjoy the massage adaptations for the older child.
I am a fully qualified school teacher with experience of teaching in both primary schools and FE colleges. I am also a trained breastfeeding peer supporter through Croydon University Hospital and work at Baby Cafes offering support and advice to breastfeeding mothers.
I really enjoy teaching Infant Massage and seeing babies and their mothers/fathers/carers enjoying the many benefits of nurturing touch.

Classes
About Classes:
I facilitate classes in the comfort of your own home. I can visit for 1:1 or friendship/NCT/antenatal groups.
Group courses consist of:
* Five classes of 1 hour each, run over consecutive weeks
* A full body massage routine and a short routine to help with colic
* Detailed handouts and massage oil to take home with you
The course is suitable for babies from birth to crawling and the strokes will be demonstrated on a doll whilst you massage your baby. Full details of the course costs and what is required will be discussed with you and mutually convenient dates and times arranged. Costs are calculated depending on the number in your group, please contact me for a no obligation quote. For larger group sizes the host enjoys the course for free. (If you prefer, I also offer one to one sessions in your own home. Please contact me to discuss your individual requirements.)
