I have been running my own infant massage classes for 19 years, having also previously managed a children's centre for a local authority. I am fully qualified and insured to run classes. I have two grown up boys and discovered massage with the IAIM when I had my first baby. As well as running my own classes, I now also work as a trainer for an international parenting programme called Parents As First Teachers, in which I train other professionals to support new families focusing on parent/child interaction, development centred parenting and positive parenting behaviours, and family well-being.

My classes are friendly, relaxed and informal. I work hard to provide a safe environment where new parents can come and learn the life-long skill and benefits of massage, whilst also meeting other new parents to build their own social connections. I keep my class numbers small for this reason, and my classes are not rushed.
