Hello, I’m Anna.
I am a mum of 3 boys, i have been a holistic therapist for 24 years. I have been an infant massage instructor for 11 years. I am also a birth and post natal doula.
I love teaching baby massage. The classes really are the cutest thing, they are relaxed and informative at the same time. The friendships and the information shared through the mums over the years have been so lovely to watch and be apart of. Baby massage can help to empower parents to help their babies . Nuturing touch is such a gift to give to your child, i would encourage everyone to attend a class.

Class in my treatment room are small, generally 2-6 people. The parents really like the size as it is very relaxed, cosy and calming . The classes are each week for 5 weeks and tend to last an hour. Refreshments are provided along with oil and print outs.
I am happy to come to your home and do a class as a 1to1 or as a group.
