With over 30 years nursing experience including 10 years as a Health Visitor, I trained as one of the new Family Nurses and qualified as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor in 2013.
I was a Family Nurse for 7 years until diversifying into palliative care, trauma education and counselling in 2019.
As a mum of two adult girls, and realising how tough life can be, I am keen to teach and promote bonding and communication through nurturing touch to allow babies and children the opportunity to thrive.

About Classes:
I run group courses regularly across the island of Ireland and I am also available for 1-2-1 sessions.
I offer:
Five sessions - 2 hours each, run over 5 consecutive weeks;
A full body massage routine and a short routine to help with colic;
An opportunity to relax as a parent;
Detailed handouts, other resources tailored to the group;
Certificate upon completion
Snacks
Time for questions and a chance to share experiences in a relaxed, nurturing and safe environment.
Health topics will be covered and tailored to the group eg reading baby cues, stress, crying, attachment etc.
