Class Details

Come along and learn how to massage your baby with confidence in a friendly, supportive environment. Each session covers new massage techniques and helpful tips on easing common baby issues like colic and constipation, plus plenty of discussion about the many benefits of infant massage. You’ll enjoy a warm cup of tea, biscuits, and some relaxed group chat—a great way to connect with other local parents! Our sessions are super laid-back—you can feed, change, or comfort your baby whenever needed. With 1.5-hour classes, including time to unwind with refreshments, there’s no rushing in or out—it’s the perfect first class to try with your little one. Each week, we’ll add new massage techniques, building up to a full routine by the end of week 5
