Infant massage course which runs every half term for 5 weeks in Bishops Stortford. Suitable for all babies up to crawling. Great for bonding, may help if your baby has colic, reflux, digestive issues and more. Meet others, sing songs. Very baby friendly with dolls to learn the strokes on should your baby sleep. Topics include post natal recovery (I also teach post natal yoga and baby yoga), other ways to calm and soothe your baby, adapting the strokes as your baby gets older and more. Best quality oils, handouts and cakes provided (final week). You also get a recording if you miss a week.
