Class Details

A 5 week term of baby massage. These classes are suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to active crawling. Every week we learn new massage strokes for different parts of the body. 1. Legs and feet 2. Stomach and colic/wind relieve routine 3. chest and arms 4. Back and face 5. Gentle movements, some baby yoga moves, catch up on strokes. Baby massage is a wonderful first class to take part in with your little one. It is a beautiful bonding experience. My classes are a safe, supportive space, where every parent/carer is heard and held. The cost includes: 1. A booklet with the massage strokes in and more 2. A bottle of Organic sunflower oil or fractioned coconut oil 3. Bonus: A goodie bag, a weather massage handout There is also an opportunity to purchase additional oils, baby and parent products from Neals Yard remedies organic .
