Joanne Rimmington

I have been working as a Community Nursery Nurse for over 20 years and support many families with behaviour management, sleep, weaning advice, toileting, and a variety of other things. I enjoy working with families and supporting them to make the changes they want within their family life. It is very rewarding to see the parents make the changes and feel positive about the results. I have a keen interest in parent and baby relationships and have been an active advocate of Infant massage and a qualified instructor for more than 10 years.

I have taken a lead role on the infant massage groups that are offered across our areas and continue to ensure all staff are using up to date information when holding these sessions.

 I am a Mum to two children, 16-year-old daughter and a 11 year old son who I enjoy spending time with and fill me with great pride seeing them learn and grow into polite and fun loving young adults. As well as being with my great family I enjoy spending time with friends.
