Membership of the UK Chapter falls into six categories:
A Full member is a fully trained Certified Infant Massage Instructor. They must be of good moral character and the assessment of moral character shall be in the absolute discretion of the Executive Board, whose decision shall be final.
A Student Member must have attended the 4-day International Association of Infant Massage training course. On successful completion of the IAIM take home assignment, a Student Member will have the choice of becoming either a Full or Associate Member. If a student has not completed the certification process within 12 months of their initial training, an agreement must be sought from their Trainer for an extension to this period.
