A one day course for CIMIs wanting to recap their IAIM Training.

The Refresher Day will recap on the main principles of the IAIM Training, all of the points associated with running a course, from setting the scene to closures, as well touching on how to promote yourself and your classes.

The stroke refresher session will be run like a class (apart from the fact that all the babies will be dolls!) and there will also be an opportunity to discuss any other concerns or questions you may have.

The Refresher Day is open to all CIMIs, past and present. However, if your Membership has lapsed, you will need to re-join before attending the course.

• The impact of hospitalisation on the family & baby
• The 5-step dialogue

2. Community classes
• Considering the environment
• Working with dolls & positioning

• Special situations such as hernias, oxygen, fussy babies, reflux etc
